For single and co-parenting dads
Set up Claude to read the school email, fill your calendar and hand you a morning brief. Watch the free setup video first. Then it runs.
Built by a single dad of three, from the system he runs every week.
The checklist is ready now. The Sunday Sweep video lands in your inbox as soon as it's live. Print one checklist for every handoff; the three prompts are on page 2.
Try it on a real school email
This is the first thing the course sets up. Paste any school, team or doctor's-office email, or run the example. Claude pulls out every date, deadline and fee and lays them on your weeks.
In the course, nothing goes on your calendar or out of your inbox until you approve it.
60-second load check
Tick what's true. You'll see how much is slipping and which part of the system fixes it first.
Nobody else sees this. You get a starting point, not a grade.

Why this exists
I had every tool. None of them were talking to each other.
Rafael Porter · single dad of three · Concord, California
I work in commercial real estate and build AI tools for a living. When I audited my own household setup, it had the same problem most dads have. The school email went to one inbox, Claude was connected to another, and every game was on one calendar marked "free."
So I rebuilt it the way I'd build it for a client. Here's the before and after.
| Before | After | |
|---|---|---|
| School mail in an inbox nothing reads | Swept every Sunday into dates and to-dos | |
| Calendar | One calendar, games marked free | Kids, parenting time and bills, conflicts flagged |
| Deadlines | Default alerts on dates that can't slip | 7-day, 2-day and night-before alerts |
| Mornings | Checking four apps at the counter | One brief at 7:00 AM |

Watch the free video first. When you're ready, the first 50 dads get the founding price, and it stays yours.
Every course includes drop-in office hours, so you can get your questions answered live until it's running.
What Claude never touches
Claude drafts replies and calendar events. You read them and hit send.
Social Security cards, passports and birth certificates never go in a connected Drive or inbox.
Handoff notes are short, factual and polite. If a court ordered an app, messages stay in that app.
This runs your inbox and calendar. It doesn't monitor your kids' email or phones.
Questions
Yes. If you can forward an email and add a calendar event, you can do this. Every step is shown on screen, and there are live drop-in office hours if you get stuck.
A Claude account with Gmail and Google Calendar connected, a laptop, and the email address the school actually writes to. The course tells you which Claude plan you need before you start.
The course is built on Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) for now. If you're on Apple, join the list and tell us. Apple setup is next.
No. It's logistics: dates, forms, pickups and short neutral notes. Follow your court order and talk to your attorney about anything legal.
The system reads your inbox and your calendar, and only what you connect. ID documents stay out of anything Claude can read, and nothing is shared with the other parent unless you send it.
Bring it to the drop-in office hours, or add a 1:1 virtual walkthrough and we'll finish it together on your own accounts.
